Diablo is too dark to use the normal Desktop settings. So if you set that 'windowed' game to your screen's native resolution it will look like full-screen, while keeping the benefits from windowed mode. What I don't understand is, before I posted the link, did you do the stuff to get the game to recognize the graphics card, such as what is described in that link I provided? My understanding was that you did not do something to get the game to recognize the graphics card, as described in that link, but that you did do something as described elsewhere.

You can get the game to work via the integrated graphics without issue, but the graphics card gives you weird flickering issues.
